Full or partial advance payment may be required before production or shipment.
Orders are considered confirmed once the client agrees to the invoice terms and payment is received (full or deposit). No production will begin until confirmation and payment are processed.
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, shipping carriers, or import restrictions.
All shipments are made FOB (Free on Board) Pakistan unless agreed otherwise. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the carrier. We offer support with shipping documentation, tracking, and logistics upon request.
